Before you can become a member you will need to agree to The Christian Dental Society’s Statement of Faith. Please read and confirm below.

I believe in one God, existent in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

I believe God is the Creator and Ruler of the universe.

I believe the Son of God, Jesus Christ, was conceived by the Holy Spirit, lived a sinless life, died for our sins, was resurrected from the dead, ascended into heaven, and will return to earth in glory.

I believe the Holy Spirit indwells every believer in Christ, and is our helper, teacher, and guide.

I believe the Bible is the divinely inspired Word of God, and has authority in all matters of faith and conduct.

If you join the CDS after August, your dues are half-priced. If you join after October, your dues will pay for your membership till December of the following year. For example you want to join in November to rent CDS equipment your dues paid in November will cover you for the remainder of that year until December of the following year.
